'Blue'tiful Quilt Pattern Sew-Along!
Welcome back!  This week, we are cutting our "bluetiful" fabrics.
Bluetiful Quilt Sew-Along
Deb did a great job of listing the cutting directions for the whole quilt for each size for the Bluetiful Quilt in the Creatively Yours Pattern Book.

You have several choices when it comes to the cutting process:
  • You can cut all the fabrics at once and label them for use throughout the Sew-Along.
  • You can cut all the needed block fabrics and wait on cutting the border fabrics.
  • You can cut each block's fabrics as you work that block.

We each have different ways of thinking and organizing that work best for ourselves.  I found the best method for me is to cut all the needed block fabrics, label them, and wait on cutting the border fabrics until I was ready.  This also gives me creative liberty without wasting any fabric.

I recommend keeping all your scrap pieces available.  These are easy to use up as you work through your blocks.

With only four fabrics needed for this quilt pattern, I did not create a Fabric Swatch page.  I did create a 'Blue'tiful Quilt Fabric Labels sheet that you can download HERE.

So, put a new blade in your rotatary cutter and get busy!

The Bluetiful Quilt pattern is required to participate as no cutting/sizing information will be given.  The Bluetiful quilt pattern is one of many patterns in the Creatively Yours Pattern Book available HERE.

This is not a Zoom Class and there is not a specific time to check in.  Sew at your own pace as you follow along with me on the Sew-Along schedule.
