Patch Party Quilt Pattern

Patch Party  is a traditionally pieced, beginner friendly quilt sampler pattern.  Quilters will learn and use basic skills like making 4-Patch units, Half-Square Triangles (HST), Quarter-Square Triangles (QST), Flying Geese, and Square-in-a-Square units.  It is a great way to learn new piecing techniques.  There are 11 different quilt blocks and you will make two copies of 8 blocks, four copies of 2 blocks, and one jumbo center block.

In the Patch Party  quilt pattern, traditional quilt blocks are given a modern update through the use of solids and tone-on-tone prints.  For most blocks, you will need one fat quarter of solid fabric and a fat eight of print.  In the pattern materials section the fabric names are given, but in the rest of the piecing instructions, the fabrics are referred to as Solids and Prints.  This makes it easy for you to substitute fabrics as needed.
