A Vintage Christmas by Kansas Troubles Quilters for Moda
My Christmas decor starts with lots of quilts - on the beds, thrown over the sofa and chairs, on tabletops, decking the walls, and draped over an evergreen wreath by the front door. It's the easiest way to plan a theme and decorate my home for the holidays. Inspiration for a theme comes in many forms. A dusty box of vintage wrapping paper from over 50 years ago was discovered amongst some of my Gramma's belongings. What a treasure! There were pieces large and small, carefully smoothed and folded, holding long forgotten memories of Christmases past. I envisioned all the quilts I could make from these scraps of paper featuring bells and holly, candy stripes and holiday greetings. I hope my collection, A Vintage Christmas, brings back memories of your favorite holiday celebrations and inspires you to make new quilted memories for the years to come.
