A handmade firkin, in original blue paint that still smells like maple syrup, became the unlikely inspiration for Pam's newest fabric collection
Maple House. She imagined a bucket hanging from the bark of the tree until it fills with sap, then boiling the sap until all that is left is pure syrup.
