As a proud charter member and partner of the Mystery Five-0 Quilt Program, we’re bringing you several brand-new Mystery Quilts throughout the year—each one full of surprises and creativity.

Plus, keep an eye out for the One-Day FREE Mini Mysteries, perfect for sparking inspiration, building community, and keeping you on your toes!

Outline of the two different mystery programs offered:

The Mini Mystery Quilts are FREE one-day virtual events only in our Mystery Five-0 Private Facebook Group. These are a mini quilt. You can purchase a curated bundle or use your stash.

The larger Mega Mystery Quilts are approximately throw-size quilts. They require a $50 Registration/Qualifing Purchase. These are offered several times throughout the year, run 5 weeks long, and the clues are emailed to registered members. You can purchase a curated kit or use your stash. Registration is required for each session of these mysteries, even if you are using your stash.

The Mystery Five-0 organizers/administrators determine the guidelines for participating shops to follow. Updates to this page are published upon confirmation of new information.

Lucky Break Mini Mystery Quilt (FREE) - January 10th, 2026:

Come join us for the M50 2026 Mini Mystery Quilt "Lucky Duck" Series. First in the mini mystery series is Lucky Break!

Lucky Break virtual mystery will unfold inside our Mystery Five-0 Private Facebook Group on Saturday, January 10th—and you won’t want to miss the twists, turns, and surprises waiting for you!

The Lucky Break Mini Mystery Quilt is FREE for you to join.

The mini quilt requires 6 - 1/4 yard cuts of fabric. You can select from our curated bundles, when they become available, or you can use your stash.

Lucky Break Mini Mystery Quilt measures 16" x 40" and can be used as a table runner or a door hanger.

In early January, a video in our Mystery Five-0 Private Facebook Group will help guide you with your fabric choices.

Island Hopping Mystery Quilt ($50) - November 2025:

Theres's still time to join but the deadline is coming quick for the Mystery Five-0 Island Hopping Mystery Quilt!

This second mystery quilt is a virtual event starting November 5th, 2025. A mystery clue will be emailed to registered quilters each week for five weeks. The reveal pattern will be emailed in December. Instructional videos for each clue will be posted in our Mystery Five-0 Private Facebook Group. Join our group and watch for details!

You’ll have two exciting options for setting your quilt blocks. Each Island Hopping Mystery Quilt setting offers a different size, giving you the flexibility to create the quilt that’s just right for you!

Island Hopping Vacation finishes at 68 1/2" x 86 1/2"
Island Hopping Adventure finishes at 71 3/4" x 91 3/4"

Fabric Requirements:
We are not offering curated kits for this mystery. A Fabric Selection Video is available in our Mystery Five-0 Private Facebook Group to help guide you with your fabric choices.

The quilt’s name may be Hawaiian-themed, but the finished design is not. Select fabrics that speak to you and let your creativity shine!

Island Hopping Mystery Quilt Registration:

Spend $50 or more on any order between September 1, 2025, and November 25, 2025, and you’ll be automatically enrolled in the Island Hopping Mystery Quilt. No extra steps required—we’ll record your qualifying order for you.
