Windy City Quilt PatternWindy City can be made with jelly roll strips, layer cake squares, fat quarters, or yardage. Pattern includes four size options: crib, throw, twin, queen. Star blocks use partial seams but there are plenty of diagrams to step the quilter through the construction process.
