Tarrytown by Michelle Yeo for Henry Glass Fabrics & Co., Inc.
Inspiration for Tarrytown by Michelle Yeo came from her love of antique quilts and the fabrics used to create them. Many of the designs in the collection are reproduced and updated for today's market. They originated from a "Puss in the Corner" quilt made in Southeast Pennsylvania, Lancaster County, Circa 1940. The floral toile print, used in the border of the antique quilt, has been reproduced in its original toile coloration. This same print is also shown in three updated multi-coloration as well. These fabrics can be used within blocks, setting squares and borders. Also, they are perfect for cutting into beautiful flowers and sprays that could be used creatively in quilts featuring Broderie Perse applique. There are seven stunning companion prints offered in coordinating colors that will enhance any quilt.
